In 2025, DGM and Toyota continued that journey with “Million Trusts” — a campaign reaffirming the promise of genuine, high-quality service, reigniting trust, strengthening loyalty, and reconnecting with customers who drifted away — through real stories and real emotion.

Rooted in truth, the campaign brought to life authentic narratives told by real people — customers, service advisors, technicians, and automotive experts — each representing genuine moments of happiness built with Toyota over three decades. A series of emotional films captured these stories from multiple perspectives, celebrating millions of meaningful experiences.

The campaign followed DGM’s integrated communication framework T.R.U.S.T, guiding emotional connection and consumer action across every stage. Powered by data from Toyota’s CDP ecosystem and D-AI Sense, audiences were engaged through personalized, cross-platform experiences across YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Zalo, and the Toyota app — delivering the “Dedication & Professionalism” message to the right people, at the right moment, with the right emotional impact.

“Million Trusts” generated not just millions of views — but millions of conversations, millions of micro-improvements, and millions of reasons for customers to return.
