DGM HR UPLIFT PROGRAM – COMMUNICATION WORKSHOP

The DGM Uplift Program is a series of initiatives designed to enhance professional capabilities and elevate the mindset of our team members. Throughout the program, participants have gained diverse perspectives on campaign execution, communication processes, and practical lessons drawn from real industry experience.

In this final-stage workshop, our guest speaker Mr. Lucas – former CEO of Mango Digital and Younet AM, and former Communication Director at Younet Group – delivered an inspiring and insightful sharing session. With extensive hands-on experience, Mr. Lucas provided strategic viewpoints, real case learnings, and emphasized the importance of continuously refreshing the way we deliver content.

The session concluded with practical training on presentation skills and professional conduct, equipping participants with techniques to speak confidently in front of an audience, manage emotions, use effective body language, and communicate messages clearly. These are valuable and applicable skills that directly support our daily work and long-term career development.
